This position receives an hourly wage that is based on experience and knowledge. This position will also receive weekly incentive bonuses that are based on job performance and output during that week.

- Inspect and identify mechanical defects on farm equipment.

- Carry out all mid-level and/or advanced repairs to ensure that equipment is returned to full mechanical and technical operation and the customer’s needs have been fulfilled. When finished, checks equipment and work to verify accuracy and quality.
- 定期维护, 根据需要, 由润滑油, 检查, 和填充液, replacing proper pieces and parts to ensure equipment remains in optimal condition.

- Communicate with 服务 Manager/Writer and 部分 department to retrieve or order the appropriate parts to complete a service ticket.

- Ability to operate all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly, lift up-to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift 80 pounds.
- Possess a visual acuity that will allow you to see small cracks, holes, and parts.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment or outside in inclement weather.
